The Annual Kathmandu Conference on Nepal and the Himalaya
24-26, July 2019

The last day is 15 July 2019 (Monday). The full fee applies thereafter. Please also note that there will be no refunds for cancellations.

Registration fees with early-bird discount: 
Nepali and other South Asian students: NPR 2,200 (USD 20)
Nepali/South Asian professionals working in South Asia: NPR 3,200 (USD 30)
Non-South Asian students: NPR 4,840 (USD 44)
Non-South Asian professionals (including South Asians) working outside South Asia: NPR 7,480 (USD 68)

Full fees:  
Nepali and other South Asian students: NPR 2,750 (USD 25)
Nepali/South Asian professionals working in South Asia: NPR 4,000 (USD 37)
Non-South Asian students: NPR 6,050 (USD 55)
Non-South Asian professionals (including South Asians) working outside South Asia: NPR 9,350 (USD 85)

Registration is compulsory to attend the conference. Registration entitles participants to entry to the conference as well as all meals served over the three days.

All registered participants receive the full set of conference papers through a shared folder to allow everyone time to go through the papers prior to the conference and engage in fruitful exchanges during the conference proper.
