Saphala Dhital has a master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Tribhuvan University. She completed her bachelor’s in Sociology and English, and is also an LLB graduate. She conducted academic research in Sichuan, China, entitled ‘Economic Regionalism: Analyzing the Role of China for Economic Cooperation in South Asia through SAARC’. She holds multiple academic awards including BRI Fellowship from Institute of South Asian Studies, Sichuan University, China (2018) and scholarship from Nangyang Institute of Technology, Singapore (2018). She is also received a gold medal from Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Tribhuvan University. Her research interests include transnational governance, labour, and minority rights.
