Our Team

Prasansa Thapa holds a master’s degree in Conflict, Peace and Development Studies from Tribhuvan University. She received NORHED fellowship for her masters. She is also a lecturer at Samriddhi College, Kathmandu, where she mentors bachelor of social work (BSW) students on development practices, casework, and groupwork. Her area of interest includes labour migration, sustainable development, gender equality and social inclusion, and education policy among others.
