The following contributors to the book spoke during the occasion: Bhoj Raj Pokhrel (former Chief Election Commissioner of Nepal), Aditya Adhikari (columnist, The Kathmandu Post), Mandira Sharma (Executive Director, Advocacy Forum), Mahendra Lawoti (Professor of Political Science, Western Michigan University), and S.D. Muni (Visiting Professor at the Institute of South Asian Studies, National University of Singapore).

The book was introduced by one of the editors of the book, Suman Pradhan, and the presentations by the authors were followed by a Q&A session.
