Our Team
Ratna Kumari Kambang completed her master’s in Sociology from Tribhuvan University. She has extensive research experience in a wide range of topics including labour migration, disaster, and gender. Prior to joining CESLAM, she worked as field researcher for the Social Inclusion Atlas and Ethnographic Profiles project and as a field research supervisor on the School to Work Transition Survey (2013) at the Centre for Economic Development and Administration, Tribhuvan University. Her research interests include gender and development, quantitative research methods, and internal and international labour migration.
Her writings on the sufferings of women migrants and their children have appeared in the Kantipur daily.
