The conference this year will be fully in-person.

The details of the conference are as follows:
– The conference will start at 9 am and will run till 5 pm, Nepal Standard Time.
– The conference will be held at Hotel Shanker, Lazimpat, Kathmandu.

Registration is compulsory to attend the conference. Registration entitles participants entry to the conference, as well as all meals served over the conference days. Registration for the conference will be open even on the days of the conference. However, an early bird discount is provided for registrations done by 15 July 2024. After that, the full fees will be applied.

Please also note that there will be no refunds for cancellations.

Individuals interested in taking part in this conference can confirm their registration by making payment of registration fees via any of these five methods and filling the online registration form thereafter:

i) Debit/Credit Card: Payment can be done via debit and credit cards through the Himalayan Bank payment portal available here.
Note: Only debit/credit cards that allow conversion into USD during payment are accepted. NPR cardholders cannot use this system to make payments.

ii) Via Britain-Nepal Academic Council (BNAC), UK: For those in the United Kingdom who prefer to pay into the BNAC bank account, please write to the BNAC Treasurer, Fraser Sugden at sugden@bham.ac.uk.

iii) In-person in Kathmandu: It is also possible to pay the registration fees in-person at these venues:
