This was the second meeting of the Nepal Study Group of the East-West Center, Washington DC, which was part of a study on internal conflicts in Asia investigating the causes, consequences, and management of internal conflicts in Burma, Southern Thailand, Northeastern India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.
