National Conference on Peace, Reconstruction and Development
(in collaboration with Action Aid Nepal, Kathmandu)

The Baha organised a national conference as part of a process to energise the transformation of Nepal into a peaceful society and give momentum to reconstruction as well as set the agenda for long-term progress. The focus of the conference was on restructuring state-society relations through the planning of the constituent assembly and its election process, and the promotion of reasoned discussion on peace, reconstruction and development.
